So I made a call to Hales Corner heating and the owner Casey met me at my house that morning to go over the issue. He agreed with the issue and a new system would be more cost effective then repairing the furnace.
Not only was he honest and professional, his quote was quite a bit lower with the same energy rating and output.
On top of that he was there with a crew the very next morning installing my new equipment. I'm so glad I made another call.

Mike did a incredible job with the annual tune up of our airconditioner. He is very professional and an expert in his field. Our neighbor was so impressed he asked for the name of the company and technician who did it. Thank you Mike for the great service.
Woke up in the morning without my furnace working and a smell of something burning. Called a local heating and cooling place to address the issue. They said my secondary heat exchanger was shot along with a couple of other things. It would be more cost effective for a new system then a repair. He gave me a quote with 2 different energy rating levels for both the furnace and air conditioner. Both seem to be fairly high, so like anyone else that has to spend that kind of money I told him that I need to get at least one more quote from another company before spending $13k - $18k.
So friendly and efficient! Our furnace went at night, and not only did they answer late at night to help me, our heat was back on the next morning!
