They even had such a friendly attitude and because I just had had knee surgery they got me in the very next day. AAAAAAAA for this company.
The crew arrived on time and got to it right away. Watching these guys work together, they have done this before. New furnace and humidifier installed. I got a tour of the working parts. The night before a 95 degree day, at about 10:30, I called Hales Corners Heating and Air Conditioning, after I'd just discovered that my central air wasn't working. My house was already heating up, and I was dreading the coming hours. I'm old. Old people don't do well in the heat, particularly me.
I was surprised that I reached an actual representative of the company that late at night. The woman I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. She explained that, though she was loaded with calls, she would try to get someone to my house between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. the next day. Early in the morning, I was already suffering from the heat and stale air. I phoned again, and was told that she would try to get someone to my house as soon as possible. Shortly thereafter, at about 10:15 or so, I got a call from the serviceman, Evan, letting me know that he would arrive in minutes.
Evan was great! A true professional! He quickly assessed the problem, replaced a necessary part, checked the system, added coolant, and had my unit quickly up and running!
This is an impressively-run company: very professional. Evan was clearly a skilled specialist, and I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
Evan was very professional and new just by talking to him about what was wrong with a technical service I tried to use to install a new programable thermostat and they couldn't do it! Our 18 year old furnace stopped working. I made a call to Casey, the new owner of Hales Corners Heating and Air. He had someone come out that same morning. The tech troubleshot the issue pretty quick and presented me with the options. We ended up going with a new furnace since the part from Carrier that needed replacement was pretty expensive. They were able to install the furnace the next day. The techs were very professional. To my surprise Casey came out later that morning as well to lend a hand. They did a great job with the installation, cleaned everything up and even fixed some minor issues by removing old tubing from previous humidifier and correcting my outside venting. Very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and high quality work. I would highly recommend them.
